GluteoStop® is a food supplement that helps break down gluten and therefore effectively supports a gluten-free diet. GluteoStop® mini-tablets are an enzyme preparation capable of effectively breaking down traces of gluten. Studies indicate that even on a seemingly gluten-free diet, inadvertent gluten consumption can range from 150 mg to 400 mg per day.
Immediately after ingestion, GluteoStop® efficiently and rapidly breaks down gluten into small fragments in the stomach. GluteoStop® contains a unique enzyme called prolyl-oligopeptidase (AN-PEP), which cleaves gluten's amino acid chains (peptides). This allows the gluten to simply break down. The enzyme used in GluteoStop® is the first protease enzyme proven effective in human clinical trials.
Ingredients
Prolyl oligopeptidase 85.7%, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; Anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, calcium salts of fatty acids.
Free from: sugar, lactose, fructose, gluten, artificial sweeteners, colors and flavors, animal ingredients, genetically modified organisms, magnesium stearate, and palm oil.
