Directions for use
After removing makeup and before applying the eye contour treatment, apply organic cornflower floral water to a cotton pad, dabbing lightly for an immediate decongestant and soothing effect. Do not rinse. To enhance the decongestant action of this toner, store it in the refrigerator.
To make DIY soothing and decongestant patches, mix 2 drops of organic avocado oil with organic cornflower floral water in a container. Soak two cotton pads in this mixture and leave them on your eyes for a few minutes.
