Source of fiber: The nutritional claim is permitted when the finished product contains at least 3 g per 100 g or 1.5 g per 100 kcal of dietary fiber.
Gluten-free: The claim is used when the presence of gluten is guaranteed below the legal limit of 20ppm (20mg/kg). It includes both products produced in factories authorized and notified by the Ministry of Health according to Legislative Decree 111/92 and those guaranteed according to EC Regulation 41/2009.
Fat-free ... Permitted when the finished product contains less than 0.5 g of fat per 100 g or 100 ml.
Vegan: The recipe does not include any ingredients of animal origin or its derivatives.
