Indications
The fresh, stimulating, and very versatile Krauterol 31 oil is suitable for massage, rubbing, and vaporization. Particularly suitable for tiredness, before and after sports activities, for foot care, oral hygiene, respiratory health, and to refresh and purify environments.
It is non-greasy, dries quickly, and being highly concentrated, it should be used in small doses.
Composition
fennel, chamomile, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, coriander, eucalyptus, juniper, lavender, lemon, marjoram, tea tree, lemon balm, spearmint, peppermint, Scots pine, rosemary, sage, sandalwood, white thyme, bergamot, ylang, helichrysum, cedarwood, orange, blackcurrant, bucco, nutmeg, iris, incense, clove, fir, jasmine, vetiver, basil, rose, patchouli, benzoin, lemongrass, yarrow, laurel, birch, ginger.
How to use and Dosage
- Very few drops (2-3) are sufficient for fumigations and for washing the feet;
- Dilute 10 drops of product in 100 ml of oil or base cream for anti-rheumatic and toning massages;
- Anoint your hands with 5-6 drops of product for post-depilation.
- For hair: useful in the preventive and stimulating treatment against hair loss and as an anti-dandruff. Distribute 6-7 drops on dry hair, once or twice a day as needed.
- For the face: after shaving, pour a few drops of product on your hands and massage the entire face. This will result in a smooth, silky and silky skin. a pleasant refreshing and emollient effect that will counteract the formation of wrinkles.
- For sports: after sporting activity, efforts at work, muscle strains, etc. Massage the affected area with a few drops for at least two to three minutes.
- For the mouth: as a mouth freshener or against bad breath, pour three to four drops into a glass of water and rinse until the desired effect is achieved.
- For the feet: massaging a few drops onto feet, ankles, and calves will give a pleasant sensation of freshness and a renewed desire to move.
