Nasotherapy's Organic Lemon essential oil is 100% pure and natural and is obtained by cold-pressing the epicarps. With its pleasant, fresh fragrance, it is ideal for diffusing into the environment to purify and perfume the air.
Due to its olfactory properties, it is perfect for use in places where intellectual work is carried out, as it promotes attention and logical-rational thinking and stimulates concentration and clarity. It helps clear ideas in moments when decision-making is needed and in cases of internal conflict.

Nasotherapy's Organic Lemon essential oil is produced by cold-pressing the epicarps of the lemon. Approximately 3,000 fruits are needed to obtain one liter of essential oil.

• DIFFUSION
  Using ultrasonic diffusers, you can enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy on the air and on mental and physical well-being. Add 2-3 drops per 10m2 to the device's water.

  To clear the airways, for skin treatments, and to provide gentle relief from headaches. 1 to 5 drops diluted in hot water.
• IN MASSAGES
  To restore well-being for body and mind. Concentrations are approximately 2-3% essential oil diluted in a vegetable massage oil.
• IN COSMETIC PREPARATIONS
  For the beauty and well-being of the skin. Concentrations are approximately 2% essential oil diluted in a vegetable oil or other cosmetic carrier. • FOR BATHS AND SHOWERS To enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy even during daily self-care moments. 5-10 drops for the bath and 3-5 for the shower, diluted in body wash or bath salts.
• FOR FRAGRANCE
