Green Clay, Arnica extract, Horse Chestnut extract, Calendula extract, Turmeric extract, Comfrey extract, Wintergreen essential oil, Frankincense essential oil, Vegetable glycerin.

How to use

Apply directly to thoroughly cleansed skin until the desired thickness is achieved. On hairy areas, you can place a thin gauze between the poultice and the skin. For best results, secure the poultice with a bandage to keep it in place. The duration of application varies from half an hour to two hours. Remove the poultice with water when it goes from cold to hot or when it "tightens" the skin.

Warnings

Essential oils are concentrated substances and should not be used pure but diluted. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. For external use only.
