Directions for use

How to use pure oil

• Scalp:
  Before shampooing, pour 4-5 drops on dry hair and massage lightly for a skin-purifying and toning effect.
• Face:
  Pour 1-2 drops into the palm of your hand and massage for a toning and illuminating effect on the skin.
  Avoid the eye and lip contour.
• Shaving:
  After shaving, pour 1-3 drops into the palm of your hand and gently massage your face for a refreshing and revitalizing effect.
• Hands:
  Pour 2-4 drops and massage until absorbed to soften and nourish the cuticles and revitalize damaged nails.
• Legs:
  Pour 10 drops on your legs and massage for immediate relief.
• Feet:
  Add 10 drops to your foot bath for a toning and refreshing effect.
  For a relaxing massage, pour 5-7 drops on your feet and massage.
• Bath:
  Pour 15-20 drops into your bath for a stimulating, energizing, and toning effect.
• Post-shower massage:
  Distribute 10-15 drops evenly over your body and massage gently until absorbed for a balsamic and relaxing effect.
• Massage before sports:
  Pour 2-4 drops on the affected area and massage vigorously with circular movements from the bottom up until absorbed for a stimulating and energizing effect.
• Massage after sports:
  Pour 3/5 drops on the affected area and rub slowly until absorbed for a relaxing and anti-fatigue effect.

How to use mixed oil
It is possible to mix a few drops of Olio 31 Erbe with other products from the Phytorelax Laboratories Olio 31 Erbe line to enhance its action.

• Phytorelax Olio 31 Erbe Multipurpose Gel Cream: add 3/5 drops.
• Phytorelax Olio 31 Erbe Massage Cream: add 6 drops for a stimulating massage, 4 drops for a relaxing massage.
• Phytorelax Olio 31 Erbe Bath and Shower Gel: add 5 drops to the sponge or 15/20 drops to the bath.
