Product Description

Sterile, lubricating and osmoprotective solution for the ocular surface, it hydrates the epithelial cells by restoring the osmotic balance and protects the tear film by improving the lipid layer.

Indications

Allergan Optive Fusion is a tear substitute formulated with the combination of hyaluronic acid and OsmoMax technology, which contains carboxymethylcellulose, a combination that ensures immediate and prolonged relief over time: this formulation offers immediate and prolonged comfort, osmoprotection and re-epithelialization of the ocular surface through cell migration.
It also contains the patented protective purite complex which immediately after exposure to light (when the drops are applied) degrades into the natural components of the tear film (water and sodium chloride) and in this way is comparable to preparations without preservatives.
Optive Fusion therefore improve and stabilize the tear film, restores the damaged cell surface, offers immediate and long-lasting relief from dry eye symptoms.
These drops can be used for up to 6 months after opening; they can also be used during the application of all types of contact lenses; the lubrication + osmoprotection technology reduces the frequency of application of the drops; the protective substance purite does not irritate the eye and behaves like a preparation without preservatives.

Composition

Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose 0.5%; Glycerin 0.9%; Levocarnitine; Erythritol and Purite 0.01% as a preservative.

Directions for use

It is recommended to instill 1-2 drops in the lower conjunctival sac of each eye, repeating the administration as needed throughout the day.

Warnings

To avoid contamination or possible injury to the eyes, do not place the tip of the vial on any surface and avoid direct contact with the eyes. Wait 5 minutes before administering another ophthalmic product. Do not use if the solution changes color.
