Indications

Migratens® is a dietary supplement containing magnesium in bisglycinate form, L-tryptophan, N-acetylcysteine, L-glutathione, vitamin D3, vitamin B2, niacin, and coenzyme Q10, useful in cases of increased need for these substances.
Migratens® provides a high dosage of Magnesium bisglycinate; this organic form of magnesium facilitates its absorption, minimizing the gastrointestinal problems typical of supplements of this mineral in other forms. Magnesium and Vitamin D contribute to normal muscle function, including the processes of contraction and relaxation. Magnesium, together with Niacin and Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, meaning it is not produced endogenously and must therefore be introduced through the diet; furthermore, it represents on average only 1% of the amino acids ingested, so its concentration can often be deficient in the blood. L-Tryptophan is the only precursor for the endogenous synthesis of serotonin, a chemical mediator that regulates mood, and melatonin. N-Acetylcysteine is one of the molecules mainly used by our body for the production of reduced glutathione.
Glutathione is a low molecular weight molecule involved in maintaining redox balance, an essential condition for defending the cell from free radical damage. Furthermore, it is an important cofactor for enzymatic reactions that protect the cell from oxidative stress.
The formula is completed with Coenzyme Q10 or ubiquinone, a molecule mainly present in the inner membrane of mitochondria, where it plays an important role in the electron transport chain, a cellular process that precedes ATP synthesis.

Directions for use

We recommend taking 2 sachets per day, dissolved in a glass of water (150 ml), preferably on an empty stomach.
