Features

The Euphidra Waterproof Eye Pencil is used to outline the eye or as a primer. Easily blendable immediately after application, it ensures waterproof resistance and does not build up in the crease.

Directions for use

Blend directly onto the soft but dry eyelid. Blend with your fingers or EuPhidra eye brushes. Once applied, wait a few moments for the product to dry completely and set.
