Directions for use

Application: Apply Collistar lip pencil in small strokes following the natural design of the lip contour, then blend with the help of the special brush. The exclusive applicator, thanks to its particular shape, allows you to apply and blend it even on the inside of the lips.

Additional tip: Choose a lip pencil that matches your lipstick color. Moisturize your lips well before applying the line along the entire edge. Start from the upper edge of the lips, from the center, and continue along the outline. Remember that the line must be thin. To make thin lips look fuller, you can apply the Collistar lip pencil slightly outside the lip contour to increase their volume. If you want to reduce the size of your lips, in the case of very full lips, choose a pencil that is lighter than your lipstick.
