How to use
Start from the inner corner of the upper eyelid and follow the natural lash line. If you want a shaded effect, blend the line using the applicator included with the pencil or the Pupa Precise Blending Eye Brush. Repeat the same process along the lower eyelid. The shade acts as a base for the eyeshadow: it helps increase its hold and allows for even application. The pencil can also be applied to the inside of the eyelid to create a kohl effect.
