From purobio's experience comes this professional eyeshadow pencil. This eyeshadow has a creamy texture and bright color. Thanks to the natural soy and apricot oils it contains, the lead is soft and smooth, excellent on its own but also as a base for powder eyeshadows, which become more intense and vibrant. The product is nickel tested, vegan-friendly, and certified organic by CCPB. Pencil no. 12 has a cornflower blue shade with a light silver satin sheen. Excellent for both day and evening looks.
