Directions for use
The pencil is ideal for versatile eye makeup. A light line along the upper lid enhances the eyes in a natural way. But kohl pencils can also be used to create expressive smokey eyes: simply draw a line on the upper lid near the lash line with the kohl pencil and another along the lower lid, then blend.
