The Green Eye Pencil by Rougj is rich in innovative and safe pigments and guarantees an intense and even color in a single application. Enriched with a very high percentage of organic coconut oil, it provides nourishment to the eye rim, avoiding dryness and chapping, while helping to nourish and strengthen the lashes. The formulation is completely vegan and is composed of 95% raw materials of natural origin.

Directions for use

Apply the pencil gently to the mobile eyelid or inside the waterline. The shape of the lead allows you to draw a precise and intense line.

• For a more glamorous look, extend the pencil line beyond the corner of the eye.
• For a more sophisticated result, use it on the mobile eyelid as an eyeliner or over eyeshadow to intensify its color.
