The Smokey Eyes eye pencil by SEL has a precise and uniform line suitable for maximizing the strength of the gaze, making it intense and seductive. Its soft and emollient texture is easy to apply and guarantees excellent color release. Formula with a medium-hard consistency.

- Jojoba Oil, a “liquid wax” with an emollient action, is quickly absorbed by the skin, is non-greasy, hydrates and gives elasticity to the skin;

Directions for use
