Directions for use

Inner rim application: Gently pull the lower eyelid downwards with the ring finger of your non-dominant hand. The inner rim is the lower edge of the eye or the point where tears collect when they form. It is located exactly above the lower lash line. Using your dominant hand, drag the tip of the kohl from the inner corner of the lash line to the outer corner.
Applying to the upper lash line: Apply the pencil by pulling the eyelid slightly; for a smoky effect, blend it with a brush or sponge.
