Directions for use

1. For a correct To reduce the wax consumption, it is advisable to leave the WookWick lit for 3-4 hours;
2. To avoid the formation of wax residue on the edges, keep the flame lit for at least 30/60 minutes, or until it has completely melted from the center to the edge;
3. The height of the flame can vary, so even if it appears very faint, do not extinguish the candle if the wax continues to melt properly; the flame will restore itself;
4. Shorten the wick. For correct operation, we recommend: for the WoodWick Clessidra, shorten the wick by about 6 mm before each lighting; for the WookWick Ellipse, this will only be necessary if there is excessive wick remaining after the previous lighting. To shorten the wick, simply gently remove the burnt edges with a cloth or paper tissue. Carry out this operation with the flame out and the wax cold;
5. When the residual wax is approximately 6 mm from the bottom, it is advisable to stop using it. Your WoodWick can be disposed of according to local disposal instructions or used as a decorative object.
