Composition

Composition (EC Regulation No. 648/2004):, <5% Non-ionic surfactants, Cationic surfactants, Fragrance, Limonene, Active ingredient per 100g of product: Benzalkonium chloride 0.75g

Instructions for use

For floors: For daily floor hygiene, add a capful (50ml) of Lysoform to half a bucket of water (4 liters).
No rinsing required.
For small surfaces: For a deep disinfectant and cleaning action, use the product undiluted on the surface and leave for 15 minutes before rinsing.
To remove allergens (from dust, pollen, and pets): Use the product undiluted.
Rinse after use.

Warnings

Causes serious eye damage.
Keep out of reach of children.
In case of contact with eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.
Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
Immediately contact a poison control center or doctor.
If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.
