Indications

Zaditen Oftabak is an ophthalmological treatment useful for the symptomatic treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis.

Ingredients and composition

Active ingredients: Ketotifen fumarate acid 0.345 mg corresponding to 0.25 mg of ketotifen. Excipients: Glycerol; sodium hydroxide (for pH adjustment); water for injections.

Directions for use and dosage

When using Zaditen eye drops for the first time, discard the first 5 drops of the product. Wash your hands thoroughly before use and avoid contacting your eyes or eyelids with the dropper to avoid contamination. Instill one drop in each eye, looking upward.

Warnings

Do not use Zaditen Oftabak if you are allergic to ketotifen.

Contraindications and side effects

The use of Zaditen Oftabak, in some cases, may cause some unwanted effects. The most common effect is the development of eye inflammation and irritation. Less common side effects include: Check for blurred vision, dry eye, sensitivity to light, bleeding in the white part of the eye, headache, rash, dry mouth, worsening of existing allergic conditions.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, consult your doctor before using Zaditen eye drops. If you are breastfeeding, the medicine can be used instead.
