Indications

Xiloial forte is an ophthalmic solution based on ts-polysaccharide containing high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, obtained by biotechnological synthesis.

Hyaluronic acid is a substance that gives rise to mucomimetic solutions, with high lubricating properties; the viscosity of these solutions is such as to allow a high hydrating effect and stabilization of the tear film.

ts-polysaccharide is a plant substance, extracted from the seeds of the tamarind plant (tamarindus indica), useful for the protection of the corneal-conjunctival surface. ts-polysaccharide forms a protective film on the ocular surface capable of promoting the restoration of the normal physiological balance of the tear film and the ocular surface. The combination of the two substances therefore allows for a synergistic protection of the corneal/conjunctival surface from irritation due to physical environmental causes (wind, prolonged exposure to sunlight, cigarette smoke, dry air), visual stress (intense eye strain, video terminals) or mechanical factors (contact lenses, eye surgery). The concentration of the mixture is calibrated in such a way as to allow lubrication even in cases of the most intense discomfort.

Composition

Hyaluronic acid; Ts-polysaccharide; mannitol; sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate; sodium phosphate dibasic dodecahydrate; disodium edetate; benzalkonium chloride; water for injections.

Directions for use and Dosage

Administer one drop of Xiloial Forte multidose into the eye, applying light pressure to the body of the bottle. You can repeat the operation several times a day, as needed.
