Buffered isotonic solution, useful for providing immediate and long-lasting relief to dry eyes, restoring tear quality.
Indications
Visuevo has a formulation based on soy phospholipid liposomes, algae oil (DHA + EPA), vitamin palmitate, vitamin D, disodium EDTA, PEG 400, boric acid, sodium tetraborate.
Indicated for all forms of evaporative dry eye (to increase the stability of the lipid layer, reducing evaporation of the aqueous phase of the tear film) and as a pre-treatment for ocular surgery (in order to obtain a better result in terms of recovery of the lipid integrity of the ocular surface).
Preservative-free.
Composition
Liposomes from soy phospholipids, algae oil (DHA + EPA), vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D, disodium EDTA, PEG 400, boric acid, sodium tetraborate, buffered isotonic solution pH 7.20.
Directions for use and Dosage
Instill 1 drop of product in the conjunctival sac of each eye 3 times a day, or as advised by your ophthalmologist.
To apply:
- hold the bottle directly under the cap; Twist the cap to open the bottle.
- Instill 1 drop into the conjunctival sac of each eye, pulling the lower eyelid slightly downward and looking upward. Dispense the product by lightly squeezing the bottle.
- After use, close the bottle immediately: the solution can be reused within 60 days after first opening.
The product can also be instilled while wearing contact lenses. If you use other eye drops, it is advisable to instill the product, waiting at least 10 minutes between administrations of other medications.
Warnings
Do not use the product if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the components. If you experience adverse reactions, discontinue use and consult your eye doctor. Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package. The product remains sterile for up to 60 days after first opening the bottle. Wash your hands before applying the product. Do not touch your eyes with the tip of the bottle. Do not use the product if damaged. Ophthalmic use only, do not ingest.
Storage
Store the product at room temperature, away from sources of light and heat.
Reseal the bottle tightly after use. The expiration date refers to the product when stored correctly and in its intact packaging.
Shelf life in its intact packaging: 24 months.
