Band made of soft and comfortable material with special patented cells containing natural components (iron, carbon, salt and water) that develop heat when in contact with oxygen in the air.

Indications

ThermaCare Self-Heating Bands Versatile thanks to the prolonged heat, at a constant temperature, increases blood circulation in the tissues, producing pain-relieving effects and relaxing the muscles, as it:

Directions for use and Dosage

Open the package when ready to use.
ThermaCare can take up to 30 minutes to reach its therapeutic temperature.
Remove the protective paper to reveal the adhesive side.
Place on the painful area and press the adhesive side firmly onto the skin.
Be careful not to overlap the cells during application.
Do not use on the face, head, breasts, inner arms, armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, inner knees, feet, or toes.
Above 55 years of age, wear Thermacare over a thin piece of clothing (or fabric), not in direct contact with the skin.
For maximum effectiveness, wear ThermaCare for 8 hours.
The product can be used on: be disposed of hot or cold in normal household waste.

Warnings

Do not use if:

• the contents of the cells leak and/or the band is damaged;
• with medicated creams or ointments, plasters or other sources of heat;
• on scratched or grazed skin;
• on bruises and swelling that have appeared in the last 48 hours;
• on areas of the body that are insensitive to heat;
• by people who are unable to follow all instructions for use or who are unable to remove the product on their own, including children and elderly people who are not self-sufficient;
• do not use on the face, head, breasts, inner arms, armpits, fingers, lower abdomen, groin, inner knees, feet or toes.

Seek advice Consult your doctor before use if you have diabetes, circulation problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, or pregnancy.
This product may cause sunburn.
To reduce the risk:

• Periodically check your skin for signs of irritation or sunburn and discontinue use immediately if any.
• If you experience excessive heat, discontinue use or wear ThermaCare over clothing, away from your skin.
• If you are over 55, the risk of sunburn increases with age; wear ThermaCare over clothing and do not use the wrap while sleeping.
• To avoid an increased risk of burns, remove the product before undergoing MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) scans.
• Do not use for more than 1 month. 8 hours in a 24-hour period.
• Do not apply excessive pressure to the product by pressing it against a hard surface, or wear it under tight clothing or belts.

Stop use and consult a doctor if you notice any discomfort, irritation, burning, swelling, redness, or any other persistent change in the skin in the area where the product was worn, or if the pain increases or remains unchanged after 7 days.
The heat-generating cells contain iron (approximately 2 grams).
If iron comes into direct contact with the skin or eyes, remove the band, rinse thoroughly with water, and consult a doctor immediately.
Also consult a doctor in case of accidental ingestion.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Do not heat the product in any way (e.g. microwave oven) or attempt to reheat it, as it may cause serious injury. The bandage may catch fire.
Do not use beyond the expiration date indicated on the package and label.
