Verify® Self Test for Urinary Tract Infection is a urine strip test that detects the presence of infection markers such as leukocytes and nitrites, useful for identifying cystitis and pyelonephritis.

Indications

Verify® Self Test is a urine strip test that detects the presence of infection markers in the urine, specifically:

• Leukocytes (white blood cells) '†’ a sign of inflammation/infection
• Nitrites '†’ indicate the presence of Gram-negative bacteria (e.g., E. coli)
• Other optional parameters (depending on the test): blood, protein, pH, glucose, ketones

It is useful for identifying cystitis, pyelonephritis, or for monitoring subjects at risk (e.g., women, the elderly, catheterized patients).

Method Instructions for Use and Dosage

Collect a morning urine sample in a clean container.

Immerse the test strip in the urine for 1–2 seconds.

Wait 1–2 minutes.

Compare the colors developed with the provided table.

Each square changes color based on the detected parameter (e.g., pink & purple for leukocytes).

Interpretation of Results
