Active ingredients

Grindelia flowering tops (Grindelia robusta), hydroglyceric extract of
Plantain, dry extract of
Iceland moss thallus (Cetraria islandica), hydroglyceric extract of

Directions for use and dosage
We recommend taking one measuring spoon (
15 ml)
2-3 times throughout the day
between meals. It can be taken as is or diluted in a small amount of warm liquid (water, milk, tea, or herbal teas, etc.).
