Directions for use

For optimal and hygienic application, it is recommended to wash your hands thoroughly before each use.

• For independent adults and children: After removing the cap, stand over a sink, tilt your head to the side, and gently insert the nozzle into the upper nostril. Press the nozzle for the time necessary for the product to come out (about 5 seconds per nostril), then repeat the procedure for the other nostril. The canister can be used for 24 hours. It can be oriented at any angle for ease of use.
• For newborns and children requiring assistance: Lay the child on their side, insert the nozzle into the upper nostril, and press for the indicated time. Then, lay the child on their other side and repeat the operation for the other nostril.
• After each use, it is essential to wash and dry the nozzle and close the container with the cap provided to maintain hygiene.

We recommend 2-3 applications per day, spaced 3-4 hours apart, for a period of 15 days or as directed by your doctor.
