A 1.2 g sachet contains: Active ingredient: Valerian root 400 mg Adjuvants and flavourings: Chamomile flowers 370 mg Savory leaves 80 mg Green anise seeds 60 mg Peppermint leaves 210 mg Lemon balm tops 80 mg.
Chamomile, savory, green anise, peppermint and lemon balm.
Take 1-2 filter sachets three times a day. The sachet should be infused for a few minutes in a quantity of water equal to the content of a cup. The infusion can be enjoyed in a glass or in a tea bag. It can be taken hot or cold and seasoned with sugar and orange or lemon peel, if desired. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
