Indications

Thermorelax is a gel treatment with Phyto Actiplex consisting of a sachet of gel cream and a gel patch, ideal for application to the cervical area and to naturally relieve neck and shoulder pain. Once the treatment is performed on the affected area, the effect of its components spreads evenly and for a long time, helping to reduce the annoying discomfort caused by pain. The special Phyto Actiplex (composed of a synergistic blend of natural herbs: arnica montana, eucalyptus, horse chestnut, gotu kola, and wintergreen) provides a protective and soothing effect on skin in areas affected by muscle and joint pain and various types of contractures.

Composition

• Gel: water, ethoxylated hydrogenated castor oil, menthol, phenoxyethanol, arnica montana extract, carbomer, wintergreen essential oil, eucalyptus extract, horse chestnut extract, polysorbate 20, gotu kola extract, pineapple extract, sunflower oil, ethylhexylglycerin. sodium hydroxide.
• Patch: water, glycerin, sodium polyacrylate, aluminum glycinate, disodium EDTA, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, polyvinylpyrrolidone, tartaric acid, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, polysorbate-20, arnica extract, gotu kola extract, eucalyptus extract, horse chestnut extract, menthol, wintergreen oil, pineapple extract.

Directions for Use and Dosage

Step 1: Open the single-dose sachet of gel with Phyto Actiplex; apply the gel to the affected area and massage gently until completely absorbed.

Step 2: Open the sachet and remove the adhesive gel patch with Phyto Actiplex. Reseal the pouch tightly with a zip. Remove the film from the gel patch. Apply the gel side of the patch to the skin, over the previously treated area, after ensuring it is completely dry.

Warnings

For external use only. Do not ingest. Do not use while bathing or showering. Do not apply to eyes and/or mucous membranes. Do not use on irritated, broken, or damaged skin. Once removed, do not reuse. Remove the patch within 6 hours of application. Wait at least 4 hours between applications, allowing the skin to air out, and use a maximum of 2 applications per day. Use for a maximum of 10 consecutive days. If pain persists, consult your doctor. Do not use if you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients or if you are allergic to salicylates. Although no interactions with other substances are known, it is recommended not to use the product concurrently with other topical treatments. In case of local reactions, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor or pharmacist. This product does not replace pharmacological treatments. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Overdose is not known. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or in children. Do not use in children under three years of age. Do not use after the expiration date.
