Indications
In the treatment of exuding wounds, infected or not, leg ulcers, including those of venous origin, bedsores, and post-operative wounds.

Dosage and Directions for Use
After removing the 2 protective films, the gauze should be applied to the wound after cleaning and disinfecting it. The gauze should then be covered with sterile gauze and cotton wool. The dressing can be kept in place with the help of an appropriate bandage. Before reapplying, it is recommended to clean the wound. The application should be renewed every 24 hours until complete healing. The progress of wound healing must be evaluated by a doctor.

Characteristics
Hyaluronic acid is the main component of the dermis' ground substance. It acts on all phases of the healing process. It accelerates the healing and re-epithelialization of skin lesions. Its hygroscopic power maintains a moist environment favorable to tissue regeneration.

Contraindications
Do not use ialuset® in case of known hypersensitivity to hyaluronic acid or to any of the components of ialuset® cream and gauze.

Undesirable effects
In very rare cases, local hypersensitivity reactions such as eczema have been observed.

Warnings
Respect the methods of cleaning and disinfecting wounds and surrounding tissue.
Do not use disinfectants containing quaternary ammonium salts due to the risk of precipitation of hyaluronic acid.
The use of ialuset® on a venous ulcer does not in any way exempt from compressive treatment (stocking or bandage).
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not ingest.
Do not use if the packaging of the unit is damaged.
Do not reuse to avoid any risk of contamination.

Storage
Do not exceed the use by date shown on the box. This medical device must be stored below 25°C.

Gauze impregnated with hyaluronic acid cream (sodium salt); other ingredients: viscosity agent; glycerol; water.
