Product Description

Antiseptic dressing particularly suitable for infected wounds, for colonized lesions at risk of infection.

Characteristics

Non-adherent dressing based on broad-spectrum bactericidal iodine-providone. It is composed of a weave of rayon-viscose filaments soaked in a 10% povidone-iodine solution.

The porous texture of the dressing allows exudates to drain and the wound to breathe, preventing maceration. The amount of povidone-iodine present in the dressing is sufficient to reduce the bacterial load, but is not irritating to the wound site.
