The Epitheliumtact 02 bruised nail protectors from Epitact Sport have been specifically designed for sports where the toes are subject to repeated impacts against the shoe (hiking, running). They protect the toes, relieve pain and allow you to continue practicing sports while maintaining performance.

Details

Preventive action: The Epitheliumtact 02 bruised nail protectors are made of an ultra-resistant 1 mm thick silicone gel whose viscoelastic properties are similar to those of skin tissue. The protectors allow pressure to be distributed and micro-shocks to be absorbed by dissipating the energy in the gel and thus preventing all risks of bruised nails or blisters.

How to use and Dosage

The protectors are to be used as a preventative measure, they are also perfectly suitable when the nail has already turned black. The protectors must be used on clean, dry skin.

• To apply it easily, place the protector upside down, at the end of the finger, then gradually unroll it.
• Do not shorten or cut the protector as this will cause damage. This damages its strength.
• Remove the protector every night to avoid the risk of maceration.
• Place the protector in the special foil pouch until the next use.

Warnings

Do not apply to unprotected wounds. People suffering from arteritis, diabetes, polyneuritis, neuropathy of the lower limbs, or varicose ulcers: never use the product on a wound or ulcer of the diabetic foot. Monitor the foot during use and seek advice from your doctor or podiatrist.
