Sopulmin Nebulization is used in all catarrhal conditions of the upper respiratory tract in which abundant bronchial secretion coexists.

Dosage and method of use
Sopulmin Nebulization is applied according to the following doses: 1 vial of aerosol solution for each inhalation or aerosolizing tubal catheterization for 1 or 2 applications per day.

Contraindications

• Phenylketonuria (contains aspartame).

Special warnings
Keep out of reach of children. For those who participate in sports, the use of medicines containing ethyl alcohol may result in positive doping tests in relation to the blood alcohol concentration limits indicated by some sports federations.

Mucolytics can induce bronchial obstruction in children under 2 years of age. In fact, the ability to drain bronchial mucus is limited in this age group, due to the physiological characteristics of the airways. They should therefore not be used in children under 2 years of age (for oral and rectal forms).

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Although teratological studies conducted with Sopulmin on animals have not highlighted any teratogenic effect, its administration in the first three months of pregnancy should only be carried out in case of real need and under the direct supervision of the attending physician. There are no known contraindications to breastfeeding.

Expiry and storage
Check the expiry date indicated on the package. The expiry date indicated on the package refers to the product in its intact packaging, stored correctly.

Caution
Do not use the medicine after the expiry date indicated on the package.

Composition
Sopulmin Nebulization contains:
Active ingredient: sobrerol 40,000 mg
Excipients: sodium benzoate, benzoic acid, water for injections.
