Indications

Solumag is useful in:

• Neurology and pediatrics: clinical pictures expressing a state of hyperexcitability of the central and peripheral nervous system, supported by a magnesium deficiency.
• Obstetrics: vomiting, insomnia, irritability, muscle cramps, painful contractions of the uterus, eclampsia.

Composition

Active ingredients:Magnesium pidolate.
Excipients: Sucrose; anhydrous citric acid; sodium saccharin; Orange flavor.

Directions for use and Dosage

According to medical prescription.
The recommended dosage is one sachet twice a day (for a total of 4.5 g of magnesium pidolate/day). Dissolve the contents of the sachet in half a glass of water.

Warnings

If symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor. In patients with renal insufficiency, it is necessary to reduce the dosage and monitor renal function and magnesium levels. It is advisable to consider the possibility of cardiovascular and respiratory depression during treatment. Contains sucrose.
