Indications

Solfan is a pre-shampoo treatment that has antifungal, antibacterial, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory effects, regulating excess sebum secretion and dandruff. The use of Solfan is particularly indicated in cases of seborrheic dermatitis, excess oiliness, and dandruff. It is highly useful for its ability to remove "plugs" from the follicular ostium during a local trichological treatment. When these are present, the absorption of the local treatment itself can be reduced and/or compromised, nullifying its effect. In particular, the horny plug appears as a cone of irregularly clumped scales cemented by compact sebum and is typical of hyperkeratotic pathologies: keratosis pilaris, psoriasis, lichen, LED, etc. The sebaceous plug, on the other hand, appears soft and devoid of horny scales: it is typical of seborrhea, seborrheic dermatitis and androgenetic effluvium.

Active ingredients

• Piroctone olamine and Undecylenic acid: have an antifungal and antibacterial action;
• Vegetable tar: has an anti-dandruff, antibacterial and anti-itch effect and is used in psoriasis;
• Phytocomplex composed of Dandelion, Burdock, Artichoke, Centifolia rose and Poppy: helps decongest and rebalance the scalp.

Aqua, disodium cocoamphodiacetate, cocoamidopropyl betaine, salix alba bark water, sodium lauroyl glutamate, undecylenic acid, caprylic/capric triglyceride, apium graveolens (celery) seed extract, arctium lappa, lavandula angustifolia, taraxaco officinale, plantago major, papaver rhoeas, cynaria scolymus, rosa centifolia, acetylated glycol stearate (and) propylene glycol citrate (and) isodecyl laurate (and) octyldodecyl myristate), piroctone olamine, xanthan gum, citric acid, etda.

How to use and Dosage

Once or twice a week, wash by applying a small amount of product, taking care to massage it well into the scalp, rinse and repeat the application. Then apply a small amount of shampoo to wash your scalp and hair and rinse thoroughly.
