Directions for use

It is used before bed and is easy to apply. Shake the bottle well before use, turn the diffuser sideways, tilt your head, apply 3 sprays into your throat, and then wait 20 seconds before swallowing. Avoid food and drink after use (otherwise, repeat the application). It is recommended to avoid alcohol consumption for an hour before use.
