Indications

Simeticone children drops is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of gastrointestinal meteorism and aerophagia in infants and children.

Composition

Active ingredients

1 ml of suspension contains: simeticote 66.6 mg

Excipients

Methylcellulose, xanthan gum, sodium saccharin, blackcurrant flavouring, sodium benzoate, sorbic acid, purified water.

Directions for use and Dosage

• Paediatric population: 15 drops (= 0.6 ml), 2-4 times a day. preferably after meals or otherwise as prescribed by your doctor.
• Method of administration: Shake well before use. The drops should be dispersed in a little water.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended dose. After a short period of treatment (7 days) without appreciable results, consult your doctor.

Interactions

The simultaneous intake of simethicone and laxatives based on mineral oils (paraffin) is not recommended, since the combination of these two products reduces their effectiveness.
