The silver is hydroactivated in a controlled manner by the exudate. The silver ions are released proportionally to the amount of silver present. of exudate and bacterial load directly in the wound bed.

It creates the ideal moist environment for rapid healing, does not adhere to the wound, making dressing changes atraumatic, and does not release silver residue.

Contraindications

Do not use on patients with known sensitivity to silver or on patients undergoing MRI
