The Screen Infrared Thermometer is an in vitro diagnostic medical device that measures the temperature of the body or objects using infrared energy.
In vitro diagnostic medical device CE 0482. The non-contact infrared thermometer measures the temperature of the human body or objects based on the infrared energy emitted from the forehead or from an object (e.g., milk or water). Quick measurement results can be obtained after pointing the temperature meter at the object. The infrared temperature sensor collects infrared energy emitted from the forehead. After being captured by a lens, the energy is converted into temperature by thermopiles and the measuring circuit. Read the warnings and instructions for use carefully.
During measurement, do not use cell phones or other devices that may cause electromagnetic interference.
The thermometer should be packaged and stored in a well-ventilated room free of corrosive gases. The ambient temperature must be between -10°C and +50°C (14°F-122°F), the relative humidity must be less than 93% (non-condensing), and the atmospheric pressure 50–106 kPa. The thermometer's lifespan is 5 years.
