Product Description

Nasal douche with bicarbonate.

Indications

Rinorex hypertonic saline solution with 3% NaCl, sterile, ready to use, indicated as an adjuvant in the treatment of respiratory conditions with impaired mucociliary clearance.
Thanks to the presence of sodium bicarbonate, it performs a buffering function, correcting the pH of the nasopharyngeal mucosa.

Composition

Aqua, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate.

Directions for use

Adults: one vial per nostril 1-2 times a day or according to medical advice.
Children: half a vial per nostril 1-2 times a day or according to medical advice.

Clean the nebulizer bulb carefully, following the manufacturer's instructions. inhalation device used.
Gently place the dispenser against the nasal vestibule and spray both nostrils.
In aerosol therapy, Rinorex can be used alone or to dilute other drugs. In the latter case, follow the instructions on the package of the drug to be diluted.
3% hypertonic saline solution cannot be used in combination because it may cause irritation. visually incompatible with sodium cromoglicate.

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes.
The product is for inhalation use only; the vial is not intended for oral use.
The vial is single-dose, non-resealable and not reusable once opened.
The first use of the product must take place under the supervision of a doctor or qualified personnel.
Use by children must take place under the supervision of an adult.
Inhalation of 3% hypertonic saline solution in particularly sensitive patients may cause episodes of bronchospasm; in this case, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor in order to establish appropriate supportive therapy (for example: use of bronchodilators).
In some cases, nebulization may cause episodes of bronchospasm. May cause a mild and transient sense of local irritation.
Contraindicated in those who suffer from hypersensitivity to the components.
Use, especially if prolonged, may give rise to sensitization phenomena; if this occurs, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor in order to establish appropriate therapy.
It is important to report to your doctor or pharmacist the appearance of side effects not described in this leaflet.

Storage

Keep at a temperature between 5°C and 25°C, away from direct sources of light and heat.
