Product Description

Rhynogen Sport is a nasal irrigation device with sterile solutions, indicated for the daily hygiene of the nasal mucosa and to prevent obstructions and breathing difficulties.

Indications

A nasal irrigation device with various sterile solutions, the isotonic solution is indicated for the daily hygiene of the nasal mucosa, to prevent obstructions due to stagnation of phlegm secretions, difficulty breathing, and respiratory problems. Respiratory conditions caused by colds, coughs, sinusitis, post-operative conditions, ear infections, asthma, bronchitis, nasal polyps, allergens, or environmental contamination such as dust, smoke, fumes, viruses, and bacteria.

Directions for use

For Adults and Children (over eight years old), we recommend 1 to 2 irrigations per day or as otherwise specifically indicated by your doctor. When the nasal mucosa is irritated, you can rinse the first time. You may feel a slight burning sensation.

• Carefully remove the protective pouch from the bag.
• Warm the bag with the solution to approximately 37°C by immersing it in hot water.
• Unscrew the protective cap.
• Open the packages containing the dispensing nozzle and syringe.
• Break the bag's fracture cone (inside the tube) and screw the syringe onto the bag's tube.
• Draw up the solution and unscrew the syringe.
• Screw the dispenser onto the syringe.
• Tilt your head forward over the sink in a more comfortable position. Low above the shoulders.
• Bring the nozzle to your nose and gently press it.
• Inject the solution and breathe through your mouth throughout the treatment.

Warnings

• If you experience symptoms such as ear discomfort or stuffing sensation during the irrigation treatment, discontinue the treatment.
• Do not tilt your head to the side during the treatment.
• If small amounts of solution flow into the throat causing coughing, discontinue the treatment and spit out or swallow. The solution in small doses is not toxic.
• In children, due to difficulty in swallowing, it is recommended to use a small amount of solution. When keeping your mouth open, it is recommended to keep your head forward and lower than your shoulders.
• For disabled, elderly, and children, the assistance of another adult is recommended during use.
• Do not use after the expiration date.
• Do not use if the device is damaged.
• The product is for external use only.
• The solution must be used immediately after opening.
• The sterility and expiration dates shown on the device and the solution refer to intact and properly stored products.
• The device is Intended for single-use and single-patient use.
• After use, rinse the device inside and out with normal drinking water and dispose of it according to the correct disposal regulations.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Use the product exclusively for its intended use, only if intact.
• After use, do not dispose of the bag and device in the environment.

Contraindications

• Do not use if you are currently experiencing or have recently experienced epistaxis (nosebleeds).
• Do not use if you are hypersensitive to nosebleeds. specific to some component.

Side effects

When the nasal mucosa is irritated, a slight burning sensation may be felt during the first rinse.

• If during the irrigation treatment you experience symptoms such as: ear discomfort or feeling of blocked ears, discontinue the treatment.
• If small amounts If any of the solution drains into the throat, causing coughing, discontinue treatment and spit out or swallow.

Storage
