Indications

RHIZACTIVE® is an orthosis indicated for carpometacarpal osteoarthritis (CMC) of the first ray of the hand (thumb). This medical device provides thumb stabilization, pain relief, and functional improvement in carpometacarpal osteoarthritis. It features a rigid double splint for relative immobilization of the first ray of the hand, a comfortable padded lining, a wrist strap, and elastic tabs at the thumb with a hook-and-loop closure. It is ambidextrous.
