Bfactory Italia Revamil Medicated Gauze is a soft polyacetate dressing impregnated with Revamil standardized medical honey, ideal for the treatment of acute and chronic wounds, burns, and ulcers.

Indications

It is a soft polyacetate dressing impregnated with pure Revamil standardized medical honey with a high enzymatic concentration. It is gamma-ray sterilized and does not adhere to the wound. It guarantees a prolonged antibacterial action thanks to the slow release of hydrogen peroxide at 3°/°°. Gluconic acid creates an acidic environment of pH 3.5 that inhibits bacterial growth. The enzymatic activity of Revamil® honey and its antibacterial efficacy promote skin regeneration.

• Suitable for large acute and chronic infected wounds;
• For pressure ulcers in the sacral area;
• Vascular ulcers, surgical wounds;
• For the treatment of heel injuries;
• 1st and 2nd degree burns.

• Clean the wound with solution physiological.
• Apply the gauze compress impregnated with Revamil medical honey and cover with a secondary bandage.
• During the first week, apply dressings every 24 hours, then every 48/72 hours, as determined by the healthcare professional.
