Resolve® Silicone Breast Plaster, applied daily, prevents water loss from the tissue and helps prevent the formation of hypertrophic scars and keloids.

Features

Resolve Silicone Plaster offers the possibility of correctly managing the healing phase. The goal of Resolve Silicone Plaster is to prevent the formation of hypertrophic scars. Resolve Silicone Plaster can be used on scars resulting from wounds of any nature (surgical, cesarean section, abrasions, grazes, burns, animal bites, lacerations, cuts). It is recommended to continue treatment for at least two months to achieve the best aesthetic result.

Composition

Polyamide and elastane (polyurethane) support with silicone-based adhesive.

Directions for use

Resolve Silicone Patch can remain applied to the skin throughout the day. For optimal results, use for at least 12 hours up to a maximum of 23 hours a day. It can be removed when cleansing the area. Resolve Silicone Patch can be reused multiple times. The number of uses varies from person to person and depending on the area of ​​application. When Resolve Silicone Patch begins to lose its adhesive capacity and deteriorate, replace it. The estimated duration, with correct use and storage, is approximately three weeks.

1. Clean and dry the scar and surrounding skin thoroughly.
2. Open the Resolve Silicone Plaster sachet and store it in the packaging.
3. Remove the transparent film from the adhesive side and store it in the sachet.
4. Apply Resolve Silicone Plaster to the scar.
5. In case of high skin perspiration and/or prolonged use, secure Resolve Silicone Plaster with an adhesive plaster or other fixing device (cohesive bandage, tubular mesh).
6. Resolve Silicone Plaster can be removed and reused later: in this case, place Resolve Silicone Plaster, adhesive side down, on the transparent film and place it back in the pouch.
7. Reposition Resolve Silicone Plaster on the scar by repeating steps 1-2-3.
8. Resolve Silicone Plaster can be washed with warm running water and neutral soap (this procedure improves the product's adhesion and hygiene).
9. To dry Resolve Silicone Plaster, spread it out on a clean, dry cloth with the adhesive side facing up.
10. Reuse Resolve Silicone Plaster only when it is completely dry.
11. Wash the plaster daily.

Warnings

Resolve Silicone Plaster must be applied only and exclusively to closed, healing wounds. In case of maceration, redness, or irritation, discontinue treatment until the symptom has resolved. Resolve Silicone Patch is contraindicated in patients with dermatological conditions that make prolonged use of the protection incompatible. A patch already applied by one user must not be used by a second user. Report any serious incidents related to the device to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the relevant Member State.
