Rottapharm Madus Reparil C.M. 2%+5% Gel Treatment of Minor Trauma

Gel for the treatment of minor trauma.

Dosage

Adults and adolescents (12–18 years):
Apply and spread a thin layer of REPARIL C.M. gel to the skin of the area to be treated 1 to 3 times a day. Apply the gel directly to the affected area. Wash your hands thoroughly after each application.

Children under 12 years:
The safety and efficacy of REPARIL C.M. in children under 12 years of age have not been established. No data are available.

Active Ingredients

C.M.: Composition modified by eliminating one active ingredient (sodium heparin). REPARIL C.M. 1% + 5% gel. 100 g of gel contains: Active ingredients: Aescin 1 g, Diethylamine salicylate 5 g, REPARIL C.M. 2% + 5% gel. 100 g of gel contains: Active ingredients: Aescin 2 g, Diethylamine salicylate 5 g. Excipients

Lavender essence, bitter orange flower essence, carbomers, macrogol 6, glycerol, caprylocaprate, disodium edetate, trometamol, isopropyl alcohol, purified water.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to the active ingredients or to any of the excipients. REPARIL C.M. gel should not be used on open lesions (wounds), mucous membranes, or skin areas treated with radiation.

Warnings

There is no risk of habituation or dependence. As this is a preparation for topical application, it should be used externally only. Use, especially prolonged use, of topical products may cause sensitization.

Pregnancy

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is not recommended to use REPARIL C.M. gel unless under strict medical supervision. However, prolonged use (maximum 3 weeks) of the product on large areas of skin during pregnancy and use on the breasts during breastfeeding should be avoided.

Side Effects

In rare cases, hypersensitivity reactions such as redness, peeling, and skin dehydration may occur.

Overdose

No cases of overdose have been reported.

Interactions

No interactions with other medicinal products have been reported.

Storage

This medicinal product does not require any special storage conditions.
