RepaLysYAL aids in the healing process of skin irritations and lesions.
It aids the healing process of chronic necrotic wounds and bedsores. It also aids the healing process in the following conditions: skin abrasions, lacerated and contused wounds, burns, dermatitis, including radiodermatitis.
Non-sterile cream for use as an adjuvant in the healing therapy of chronic wounds, ulcers, and bedsores, thanks to the granulomatous activation capable of promoting the trophic process that is the basis of skin regeneration.
The same properties They are useful in aiding the healing of skin abrasions, lacerated wounds, burns, dermatitis, and radiodermatitis. The lysine salt of hyaluronic acid, supplemented with thymine, present in the device enhances the hydrodynamics of the hyaluronic acid polymer chain present in every tissue of the body.
It is found in the extracellular matrix (ECM), of which it represents one of the major constituents as a fundamental structural element.
It helps keep the matrix hydrated, also supporting its structural integrity.
Hyaluronic acid is one of the most hygroscopic molecules present in nature.
This is one of the primary characteristics that contributes to many of its properties.
Given their high hygroscopicity, hyaluronic acid solutions have a high molecular transport capacity. Due to its high specific volume and structural simplicity, during the repair process, hyaluronic acid creates a space that can be filled by cells and molecular components of the ECM.
Clinical studies have shown that high molecular weight hyaluronic acid more closely reproduces the physiological action of endogenous hyaluronic acid, inducing increased dermal hydration, facilitating cell turnover, and removing free radicals: all of this promotes skin repair processes, wound healing, and the absorption of edema.
