Indications

R49 is a homeopathic remedy indicated in cases of acute and chronic sinusitis, catarrh of the paranasal and maxillary sinuses, nasal polyps, loss of taste and smell.

Composition

• Calcium carbonicum Hahnemanni: constitutional remedy for swelling of the mucosa, swelling of the glands. Suppurations, suppurative inflammation of the mucosa;
• Cinnabaris: catarrh of the maxillary sinus and forehead.;
• Kalium bichromicum: helps the emission of catarrh (nose and maxillary sinus) in chronic conditions of irritability of the mucosa, chronic catarrh and expectoration (yellowish);
• Mercurius solubilis Hannemani: modulates suppurations, action on abscesses and edema;
• Pulsatilla: similar effects, improvement in the open air;
• Sulfur: remedy with wide efficacy, anal redness, itching, eczema, unhealthy skin.

How to use and Dosage

In acute situations it is recommended to take 10 drops in a little while. of water every 1-2 hours.

In chronic conditions, 10-15 drops in a little water 3-4 times a day before meals.
