R11 is a homeopathic remedy in drops that are mainly used in cases of rheumatism.
In acute pain (lumbago, sciatica), 10 drops in a little water every 1/2 - 2/1 hours. General improvement occurs after 1-2 days. 10 drops every 1-2 hours and until complete recovery, 10-15 drops 3 times a day for a certain period, in order to prevent a relapse.
In chronic muscular and articular rheumatism, spondyloarthritis and spondylosis, 10-15 drops in a little water 2-3 times a day until improvement. Then 10-15 drops, 1-2 days for a longer period of time.
