Indications

During the night or in any situation in which the hand is not used, it is recommended to regularly wear the QUERV'IMMO rest orthosis in cases of De Quervain's tenosynovitis, tendinitis, benign sprains, inflammation and musculoskeletal disorders of the thumb and wrist.

Details

• Specificity: Extremely lightweight, the EPITACT® orthosis adapts to the thumb and wrist to support them comfortably in the resting position thanks to its semi-rigid anatomical reinforcements. The fastening strap has been optimized to provide a uniform adjustment of the orthosis around the wrist, avoiding any excessive pressure.
• Ergonomics: Thanks to the reinforcements developed to perfectly adapt to the morphology of the hand, the QUERV'IMMO orthosis offers maximum comfort. Light and thin, it does not disturb even during sleep. The orthosis features a wide opening to facilitate the passage of the hand and the closure around the thumb is adaptable.

Composition

52% textile (polyamide, elastane, polyurethane), 46% thermoplastic elastomeric TPE, 2% metal.

Warnings

The orthosis should not be in contact with skin lesions.
