Product Description

Ophthalmic medical device that soothes and cleanses the eyelids and the periocular area.

Indications

Puralid Lipogel contains Liposomes, Tea Tree Oil, Vitamin A, Xanthan Gum, Ferulic Acid, Vitamin E TPGS and Alpha Bisabolol. It is used to soften and remove the crusts that form on the eyelid in conjunction with inflammatory conditions such as blepharitis or blepharoconjunctivitis.

• Liposomes, formed by a double layer of phospholipids, are known for their soothing and emollient properties, as well as for their ability to effectively convey active ingredients;
• Tea Tree Oil, extracted from Melaleuca alternifolia, is known for its antimicrobial properties;
• Vitamin A strengthens and protects the skin by regulating epithelial function. It is also an antioxidant that, together with Xanthan Gum, Ferulic Acid, and Vitamin E TPGS, works synergistically with Liposomes to protect the surface of the eyelid from the oxidizing action of free radicals and UV rays;
• Alpha Bisabolol is the main component of Chamomile essential oil. It has soothing properties, reduces redness and inflammation, even in the case of particularly delicate skin. It is characterized by high skin tolerability.

Composition

Phospholipids S80 (NIOLip) 1%, Bisabolol 0.1%, Tea Tree Oil 0.05%, Vitamin A Palmitate 0.01%, Vitamin E TPGS 0.045%, Ferulic Acid 0.04%, Xanthan Gum 1%, Disodium EDTA dihydrate, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate, Citric Acid Monohydrate, Tri-Potassium Citrate Monohydrate, Distilled Water.

Directions for use and Dosage

Use the product twice a day, or more times if prescribed by your doctor.

1. Wash your hands thoroughly. Place a small amount of Puralid Lipogel on your fingertips;
2. Gently spread over the eyelids using circular movements. Leave to act for a few minutes;
3. Remove any impurities with a clean tissue or cotton ball.

Warnings

Before using this product, read the package leaflet carefully. Do not freeze. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. If you experience a side effect not listed in the package leaflet, inform your doctor or pharmacist. For external use only. In case of hypersensitivity, discontinue use. Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package. Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged.

Storage

Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight and humidity.

Use the product within 8 weeks of opening the bottle.
