Indications

PEGinpol is a disposable medical device based on Macrogol 4000 and honey for rectal use in micro-enemas, indicated to facilitate evacuation in cases of constipation.

Macrogol 4000 is a polymer with lubricating and emollient properties that exerts a laxative action thanks to its mechanism of attracting water into the stool, softening it and causing peristalsis and intestinal evacuation. Honey, with its mucous-like properties, is also able to attract water to the rectum, performing an emollient and humectant action.

Ingredients

PEG 4000 and honey.

Preservatives: benzyl alcohol and dehydroacetic acid.

Directions for use and dosage

1 microenema when necessary or as prescribed by your doctor.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
